The space:
The farmhouse was completely renovated over the last few years, finished in spring 2019 to create a modern, warm house immediately by the sea. There is ample space with two sitting areas, one a cosy room with a tv and dvd with a large selection of films, and a bigger bright room with a wooden floor. The views from all windows are spectacular and you can just sit looking out to sea or up to the mountain behind. Both lounges have wood fueled stoves and there is a supply of wood available.

The 3 bedrooms are freshly decorated and modern and the kitchen is new and well equipped with oven, hob, dish washer, full size freezer, fridge and microwave.

The house is ideal for 2 couples to share or for a family holiday with young children or teenagers.

The house has three double beds, however the king bed in one of the rooms can be split into two singles if required (please request this when booking). One room has a small double bed, this can accommodate two but is ideally suited to just one person as the room is smaller. The third room is a good size with a king size bed.

There is an enclosed garden to the front of the house with outside table, ideal for sitting out, and a covered area by the back door with seats so you can sit outside even when its raining.

Guest access:
All space and the shore to the front of the house is fully accessible as well as the bay to the east of the property, there is a private track along the bay. The house is very private and quiet with no other houses nearby. To the rear of the property are enclosed fields with Highland cows and sheep in them, please do not take dogs into the fields and keep gates closed. Guests have access to what feels like a very private shoreline with no one else around generally.

Dogs:

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Laga by arrangement, we have a policy of no more than two, please check with us when booking.

There is a small charge of £15 per dog per stay.

Boats:

You are welcome to bring your own boats or kayaks, small boats can be launched from the farm shore, please ask about this when making a booking.
